She is passionate about all aspects of orthodontics. She especially loves breaking down aligner cases and examining mechanics. Dr. Hopkins is not afraid to share mistakes she has made, in fact she believes this is one of the best ways to learn. She firmly believes good systems are the key to success at every level in an orthodontic practice. She has created simple, easy-to-follow systems to grow and scale your practice with aligners and custom fixed appliances.

Dr. Hopkins started her career in Beverly Hills, CA where she treated well known smiles such as Jack Black, Katy Perry, Julianne Hough, Anne Hathaway, Eva Longoria and many others. Her practice was limited to clear aligners and lingual bracket systems. She appeared on many national television shows as an aligner expert, including “The Doctors,” “Fantasy Factory,” and “Extra.”

Dr. Hopkins and her husband decided to move back to the southeast to start a family in 2012. She is currently the owner of a multi-specialty pediatric, orthodontic, and family dentistry practice in Lexington, SC. She has two young children, a busy practice, and a passion for continuing to Innovate and educate within her profession. 

In 2014 she began to ramp up her aligner usage; this enabled her to scale her practice while maintaining excellent clinical outcomes. She purchased her first 3D printer in 2016 allowing her office to become impressionless.

Currently, Dr. Hopkins uses 100% custom digital orthodontic therapy for her patients. She offers Invisalign aligners, in house aligners, and digital indirect bonding. She replaced intraoral photos with intraoral scanning in 2017 and has never looked back.

All patient “paperwork” is paperless including: new patient paperwork, informed consent, financial contracts, appointment summary cards and more. She has an extensive virtual visit and online scheduling platform she created and built into her website.  This cutting edge process management system has allowed her to scale her digital business while providing time to enjoy her busy lifestyle. 

As a busy mom, wife, practice owner and passionate educator, Dr. Hopkins values efficiency and effectiveness above all else. Determined not to sacrifice quality in the pursuit of efficiency, she built a digital practice model allowing her to eliminate clinical hours, balance her professional and personal life, and maintain high quality patient outcomes.
